After researching other top 10 Car poles in a previous blog, we have come up with our Top 10 cars of the year. The cars we have selected are a combination of our own opinions and the research we carried out. Our applictaion will include images of the cars alongside a basic statistic box containing information about each car. The cars we are going to use are: Audi R8, Jaguar XK, Ford Mondeo, Lamborghini Gallardo, BMW M3, Mercedez C-Class, Audi TT, Range Rover Sport, Alfa Romeo Brera and the Renault Sport Clio.
I have searched the web and found 3 good quality images of each car. I have now begun to cut round the images in photoshop to remove the background. I did this using the pen tool, lasso tool and magic wand tool. There is a screenshot below of an Audi R8 that i am in the process of cutting out.
Once all the images are cut out of their backgrounds, i will then take them into flash and begin to build the Top 10 Cars page.
